Johnny Pearce is the fiction name of Jonathan MS Pearce, philosopher, blogger and author who has a number of books released on the Onus Books imprint. He is also a part-time teacher who lives in Hampshire, UK. You can check out his philosophical blog, A Tippling Philosopher here.
As a philosopher, his desire to bring over aspects of philosophy into his fiction work is palpable. His Survival of the Fittest series follows the journeys of some disparate survivors of a viral outbreak as they come to terms with sharing their living spaces with the living dead. These scenarios are fertile ground for moral dilemmas and sharing nuggets of philosophy.
