Watch these two Westboro Baptist Church members carefully. It’s fascinating to watch their faces as they converse with Brand. They appear angry, defensive, and are sharing their perverted “gospel” because they “love” people.
It’s crazy to watch.
They kind of remind me of a few members of one my former churches. I’ve met these folks, people who cherry pick the Bible and pour their own brand of justice on their listeners. While railing against homosexuality, they stand with cut hair, mixed fiber clothing and probably have a garden (with a variety of crops!).
It’ll never make sense to me, but it’s fascinating to watch.
