• Ten Commandments Displayed on Private Property in Rush Springs

While Oklahoma government officials are having trouble figuring out what to do with our state-owned monument to Abrahamic monotheism, some folks in the small town of Rush Springs are leading by example. As a strict separationist and free speech advocate, I completely approve of private religious expression. Our state government can facilitate such an expression by legally reconveying the Oklahoma monument back to the Ritze family, with all due speed. We’ve waited long enough for them to do their damn job and uphold the Oklahoma Constitution.
