• My favorite part of the new SINergy vodcast

Probably my favorite aspect of the first video was putting faces on people that I haven’t yet met in person, but my favorite segment started up around 47:30, when Beth Ann asks the following question:

We’re getting real . . . theoretical right here. I would be real interested in each person on the panel talking about a wrong belief that you had, how you gave it up, and how you felt when you realized you were wrong.

Fairly interesting conversation immediately ensued. I intend to ask this question of everyone I meet who calls self-identifies as either a skeptic or a freethinker.

Really wish I could have been there for this one, but I was on a ranch somewhere (roughly) in the middle of nowhere at the time. Look, I’ve even got a picture to prove it:

Pretty much how I imagine people from outside Oklahoma imagine Oklahoma
This is how I imagine people from outside Oklahoma imagine life inside Oklahoma

It seems I’ve nearly derailed myself again. Best leave the vacation pics for Facebook.

If you’d like to leave a comment below, I would be fascinated to learn your answer to Beth Ann’s question.
