I am pumped for this series! When I wrote my blog post ‘On Depression’ one thing I could have added is that many of the tips work for multiple comditions. For example, Omega 3 fats have been shown to help not only with depression but also with ADHD and anxiety. I predict there will be significant overlap between “Broken Brain” the content of that post. I’ll also be interested to see what they point out that I did not cover. I will hopefully write a follow up to that post that will include additional tips like occasional fasting, cbd oil, magnesium oil, etc. which are also known to be helpful.
