We have now finalised the text, and it is well and truly in the pipeline for publication this year &#8211; currently scheduled for September. It will feature salient illustrations by the Jesus and Mo artist.<\/p>\n<p>As I mention now and then, it&#8217;s not too late to pick up a copy of the book for which <em>50 Great Myths About Atheism\u00a0<\/em>will be very much a companion piece: <em>50 Voices of Disbelief: Why We Are Atheists<\/em> , which Udo and I co-edited. Both books are from Wiley-Blackwell, a prestigious international publisher mainly doing academic work (it is essentially the old Basil Blackwell, but since\u00a0incorporated into John Wiley and Sons), but usually aiming for mainstream accessibility. Whether Udo and I\u00a0will ever do yet another book together, and make it a sort of trilogy, remains to be seen. Meanwhile, we&#8217;re\u00a0pretty excited about the new book, and also by the continuing success of <em>50 Voices of Disbelief<\/em> (with Polish and South Korean translations so far).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My new book, co-authored with Udo Schuklenk, will be called\u00a050 Great Myths About Atheism.
