Amazon has an announced date for release of October 7. I’m sure I’ll be asked whether there will be a Kindle edition, so I’ll just say that I expect so – Wiley-Blackwell usually announces a Kindle edition a bit later. Meanwhile, that’s a pretty good price at Amazon for the paperback edition.
