Sure, we can coexist, as long as your beliefs don’t matter

This is going around the internet, but people can’t really mean it. ‘Whatever you choose to celebrate’? Many Christians celebrate that the world will end in a divine genocide with them on the winning side. I don’t want that. No good American or pluralist of any nation can celebrate that.

It seems we will say almost anything to lower the temperature, as if beliefs don’t really matter. I would love it if beliefs didn’t really matter. But people vote.
