A thing which actually happened today, ably documented by Daisy Creager of the OU Daily.
For the sake of posterity, I have collected a few of my personal highlights:

We know, we know, fewer walls. We were going for snappiness.

Excellent backronym work on that one.

You may remember Sean from my favorite moment at FreeOK.

Pretty much self-explanatory.

Around then the thunderstorms rolled in, and my posse rolled back to the north side of town.
After the events of the day, it occurs to me that Donald Trump may usefully recycle at least some of the signage from his opponent’s rallies. The old signs from the DNC may be readily modified and reused with nothing more than a felt-tip blue pen:
Peacenik protest signs in the U.S. often sport variations on the “no war for oil” theme, whereas Donald Trump openly advocates taking the oil from nations we have occupied. It should be relatively easy to crop down or slightly redact the old pacifist slogans to convey Trump’s oil-grabbing message at his rallies.
Finally, a few fans have discovered a way to breathe new life into old confederate battle flags:

Every time I speak of the haters and losers I do so with great love and affection. They cannot help the fact that they were born fucked up!
